   Bramble gives the ball away. Osman plays a one-two with Gravesen and fires in a low shot that Given palms past the post.

   Kluivert is free on the right and finds Bellamy unmarked in the box. The Welshman takes a touch and smashes his shot into Pistone's back. Bellamy should have scored.

   Big Dunc is ready to come on. He replaces Bent and gets a round of boos as he takes to the pitch.

   Dyer drives forward but can't get past the bulk of Carsley. Hibbert heads clear as the Everton defence hold firm.

    Everton make a change. Cahill is replaced by Watson, another ex-Toon player.

    Dyer takes a tumble in the box under a challenge from Kilbane. The Newcastle player was already on his way down before the tackle came in and the refs waves away his penalty claim.

    Jenas races to the byline and cuts it back across the face of goal. Cahill sticks out a leg and prevents a certain goal for Kluivert or Bellamy.

    The Magpies make an offensive change. Ameobi replaces Bowyer.
