These terms cover the Chirp website and app. By using Chirp or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Chirp.

Who can use Chirp

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chirp. Where Chirp shows lines and prices from markets, you must be at least 17 to view them. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.

Your account

You sign in with your email or a supported provider such as Apple or Google. Keep access to your email and devices secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Pick a username that does not impersonate someone else or include anything offensive.

Community rules

Game chat is for talking sports. Keep it fun. You agree not to post:

• Harassment, threats, or attacks on other people.
• Hate speech or content that targets people for who they are.
• Spam, scams, advertising, or links meant to mislead.
• Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything illegal.
• Other people's private information.

You can report any message and block any user from the menu next to a chirp. Reported messages are reviewed by our moderators, and messages with several reports are hidden until someone reviews them.

What we can do

We can remove any content, limit features, or suspend or delete any account that breaks these rules or puts Chirp or its users at risk, with or without notice. Karma and any other points on Chirp have no cash value and cannot be sold or traded.

No real money on Chirp

Chirp is free and has no real money play. We do not take trades, hold money, or pay out prizes. Lines, prices, trends, and hit rates are information only, not advice, and may be late or wrong.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you let Chirp show it in the app and on the website. Messages you delete are removed from chat.

The service

Scores and stats come from public sources and may be delayed or incorrect. Chirp is provided as is, and we may change or stop features at any time. Chirp is not affiliated with any league or team.
